Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our orders through Correos (Spain's national postal service). Buyer will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Pale is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping. Delivery dates are estimated.
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Return Policy (for domestic orders only)
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return, or to exchange the same item for a different size. Please note that the product must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For returns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
Unfortunately exchanges are not available on international orders. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
