Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our orders through UPS. Buyer will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Pale is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping. Delivery dates are estimated.
International Orders
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return, or to exchange the same item for a different size. Please note that the product must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for both shipping and return costs, including customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For returns please contact onlinestore@paleswimwear.com indicating your name, purchase order number, and reason of the return. You will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
Unfortunately exchanges are not available on international orders. If you would like a replacement item, please send a return request for your order and place another order online.
Cancellations
For any order cancellation requested after purchase, the customer will be responsible for the payment processing fee applied by the payment provider (3.4% for credit/debit cards and 5% for PayPal).
Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If an international order is refused at delivery because the customer declines payment of import taxes, customs duties, or other applicable fees, or if the package is otherwise abandoned at the carrier or customs, the package will be considered abandoned. Pale assumes no responsibility for abandoned shipments, lost items, or any associated costs. In these cases, shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable, and the order will be considered closed. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that shipments can be accepted and for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and other fees.
